Delivery within Nigeria
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days. Express delivery (Lagos only): 1–2 business days. Complimentary delivery on all orders over ₦150,000.
International delivery
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders are quoted at checkout and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, subject to customs clearance.
Packaging
Every order is packed in our signature bone tissue and sealed with an olive ribbon, placed in a 1962 gift box. Gift wrapping is included at no additional cost.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for unused items in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@1962house.com with your order reference.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
